IN PERSON SESSIONS:

At this time, in person sessions are done only in emergency situations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PHONE SESSIONS:

All sessions will be booked online and take place remotely. To allow for the most effective sessions, communication with your therapist is needed. This will provide your therapist some amount of insight into who you are as unique individual, thus facilitating the healing process. Please be prepared to remain on the phone for the duration of your therapy session.

EMERGENCY SESSIONS:

If you feel that you have an emergency situation and would like to be seen either in person or sooner than an available time slot on the booking page, you may reach out to us using the "Contact Us" page, explaining the situation. We apologize in advance that we cannot guarantee availability, even in an emergency situation. Please note that all emergency appointments are charged at a higher rate. Said rates will be discussed upon booking, if availability can be made.

WAITING LIST:

Currently, there is no waiting list due to all appointments being booked online and cancellations instantly being shown as "available" after a cancellation takes place. We encourage you to check back often.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of therapy sessions, which are made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance can and will be fully refunded. Cancellations which are made between forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours in advance can be refunded minus a twenty-five dollar ($25) cancellation charge (Please send an email to inform your therapist of these cancellations).  Cancellations which are made within a forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled session cannot be refunded.
The rescheduling of any and all appointments needs to be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your previously scheduled session.
If you do need to reschedule within said forty-eight (48) hour timeframe, it will be interpreted as an act of cancellation, and you will automatically forfeit the payment that was made at the time of the original scheduling.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN MY THERAPIST CALLS?

If we cannot reach you on the phone at the time of your appointment we will reach out to you again after fifteen minutes have elapsed. This does, however, count into the allotted time frame for your therapy session, as it was originally booked. If on the second try we still cannot reach you, it will be considered a “No Show” appointment. Please be aware that if this occurs, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE.

DO I HAVE TO STAY ON THE PHONE FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE APPOINTMENT?

In the event that you do not wish to remain on the phone with your therapist for the duration of the session, you may discuss this with your therapist during the initial consultation portion of the session. Accommodations for this can usually be made. Please keep in mind that remaining on the phone with your therapist for the duration of the session is preferable in terms of providing you with the best results.

HOW PROMPT WILL I RECEIVE A CALL FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We reserve the right to call up to five (5) minutes before the scheduled time of service. Not all clocks are perfectly synchronized. Therefore, this allows for any minor time discrepancy. We also reserve the right to call up to ten (10) minutes after the start of service to allow for any extenuating circumstances. This, however, will not affect the previously allotted time for which your session was originally booked.

COULD I SUBMIT A PHOTO OR OTHER ITEM TO HELP THE THERAPIST FOCUS ON ME OR MY INTENTION?

Absolutely, you may. A photo or visual aid is not necessary for our therapist to complete an energy session but these things can be useful at times. You may email said aids, along with a brief description of what your desired intention for the session will be. If you choose to provide these tools, it would also be helpful to include the date and time of your appointment.


Please note that this can also be especially useful during group sessions where no phone contact is made.

CAN I ORGANIZE A GROUP OF FRIENDS OR FAMILIES FOR A PRIVATE GROUP SESSION?

Yes! We can definitely accommodate a private group that you would like to organize. Please send an email providing information as to how many people you wish to include in said group, and what the intended result of your therapy session is to be. We will do our best to book a specialized time slot for you and your group.
